Great leaders are not born, they are made
Great leaders are not born, they are made. If a person has the desire and determination, he can become an effective leader. Great leaders develop through a never ending process of self-study, education, training and experience. There are certain things a leader must be know and do to motivate leader into higher levels of teamwork. These do not come naturally, but are acquired through continual work and study. Great leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills.
What is a leader? By definition, a leader is 'a person who rules or guides or inspires others.' A leader is someone others are willing to follow, almost without question. They may not always make the right decision, but they are confident in the decisions that they make. They are not afraid to admit when they are wrong, and they know when to change direction when an inappropriate choice has been made. In short, leaders have something within that the others just don't have.
Let's talk about leadership characteristics. A common characteristic to leaders is the courage to taking risks. Taking the risk means a leader will speak out, persuade, or just make the change that leads to innovation. Leaders also have a strong belief and enthusiasm in themselves and what they are doing.
Therefore, great leaders are definitely made, they are not born. But the environment will determine whether leaders can develop their talents or not and it’s your responsibility to provide it J.
Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.

Birth Order Trait
Believe it or not, there is something that influences your personality even before you take your first breath. Birth order is one of the most important things that making you unique. While other factors, such as age, race, and gender, all play a role in shaping personality. From the research it indicates that the number one factor influencing personality is birth order. Birth order is defined as your rank in your sibling constellation which are first-born, middle-born, last-born, only child, or twin.
The characteristics of the oldest sibling shown the oldest sibling is the most independent and also the most responsible of the group. They are natural born leaders and can be control freaks. They strive for perfection, and thrive on approval of authority figures, like mom and dad. They tend to do well in school, their careers, and life in general. The oldest child is also the most likely to be the most successful of the bunch, and might make more money as an adult than other siblings. The first born might end up in an occupational area such as engineering, architecture, or accounting.
From the research too, the middle child feels deprived of attention worries about being over-looked, and tends to be the most rebelliant as a youngster. These people are the compromisers of the world, and enjoy pleasing others. They enjoy working in groups and feeling like they belong, and are good at making friends and getting along with others. These children tend to flock to occupations that are more people oriented than their older siblings.
The youngest child generally is the most artistic of the group. They are also most likely to be the class clown, since they will do just about anything for attention, and usually are characterized as the show-off of the family. The last born also tends to be a bad decision maker and a very impatient person who tends to get bored rather easily.
So, we are totally agree that we're purportedly born with traits that matches our birth order. When I examined my own family, I have six siblings, the theory was correct on some of my brothers and sisters, and way off on others. I'm a first child, born smack dab in the first of the bunch, and I'm the independent. Besides I made friends easily, but not real friends, just people who liked to be around for the fun. I'd say the theory is about half right for me.
Anyone have any thoughts on the birth order trait? Any arguments or evidence that suggests that it is scientifically valid?

"Do you think we should give monetary incentives to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades?"
Assalamualaikum & Hello! :)
How is your weekend everyone? Enjoy enough?
Teheee :)
Ok back to the entry's title as stated above, we would like to share of what we think or in other words, our OPINION.
So here is some of our thoughts, and let us think together shall we?
:)
Giving monetary incentives to the KP2 students as some kind of motivation is not necessary. We don't think that is the best way to motivate students to excel in their studies, so we are strongly disagree with that plan. As from our point of view, the monetary incentives is more or less like some sort of bribes to the students. Other than that we also think the incentives will only makes them becomes worse in their studies and last but not least the incentives will only creates unmeaning learning to the students. Now we will give the explaination those three points we had earlier.
The first reason is we think that the monetary incentives is some sort of bribes to the student. This is because by giving them the money its sends the message that grades can be bought. When they get out of college and come into the real life no one will pay cash for most of their accomplishments. At the end, they will come out to expect money for everything they do and will be disappointed when this do not happen to them. While actually they did not deserved it.
The second reason is we think that the monetary incentives will only makes them worse in their studies. This is because they will misuse of the money. Just imagine if these students indiscriminately take those RM and convert them to whatever they want like hand phone, games, or a day at the movie. What a mess!! To we this given them an unfair advantage with the students for those get good grades. Money is nice but it can become a problem as well as solution.
The third reason is the monetary incentives will only creates unmeaningful learning to the students. This happens because it can be said that most of student will learn only because of the money and not because of the needs of the knowledge itself. So th learning can be describe as unmeaningful learning. In conclusion, monetary incentives is only effective if done with moderation. Motivation does not require a money incentives, in fact, motivation is a personal issue. If a person does not have a reason or willingness to be motivated to achieve something, then a monetary incentives is useless to them.
Lastly, here is a quote that we would like to share with all of you. Think about it :)
“If we’re using gimmicks like rewards to try to improve achievement without regard to how they affect kids’ desire to learn” he said, “We kill the goose that laid the golden egg.”-Alfie Khon

SILLY
Hello Bloggie! :D
We don't know why, we're just happy! Let's make this a post to laugh or smile at ;)
*
I was having a drink at a local restaurant with my friend Justin when he spotted an attractive woman sitting at the bar. After an hour of gathering his courage, he approached her and asked, “Would you mind if I chatted with you for a while?”
She responded by yelling at the top of her lungs, “No, I won’t come over to your place tonight!”
With everyone in the restaurant staring, Justin crept back to our table, puzzled and humiliated. A few minutes later, the woman walked over to us and apologized.
“I’m sorry if I embarrassed you,” she said, “but I’m a graduate student in psychology and I’m studying human reaction to embarrassing situations.”
At the top of his lungs Justin responded, “What do you mean, two hundred dollars?"

Till then. Bye bye :)
If I Could Rule the World, I would... ~
Assalamualaikum & Holla people!
How is your day everyone? Good? Great. :)
Here we have some thoughts we would like to share with all of you.
Please don't hesitate to read and maybe leave some comments? Tehee. *grins*
How cute, the earth holding rose in hand? Spread some love maybe. Hehe. :)
People,
Have you ever thought to have a chance to rule the world by your own law?
In other words, to have the world to be just like how you want it to be.
I'm sure everyone would be very pleased isn't it?
Yeehaa! Ok back to the entry's title,
"If I Could Rule the World, I would... "
There's several action that we thought is significant to the world IF we could rule it..
Firstly, we would like to remove crimes so people can have a sense of security. For example, in Guangzhou the motorcycles were banned to avoid snatch theft. Beside that we will make all the punishment for the crimes with the most suitable cruel punishment so that no people would dare to do such crimes. Then the world will be the best place for people to live. We want them to enjoy the gift from the God which is the life. They deserve it.
Secondly, we would like to create world peace. The world deserves to be in peace and it shall not be destroy by the war ultimately. Nowadays some people cannot see the others to be happy and they also want the happiness so they decided to create a war to fight and compete just because of the happiness. This is sound like unfair and unlogic. Well, this is world now. Long time ago if you see this happen, you will say that those people is just the same as an animal, they have to fight among them if they want to stay alive. Maybe you will not see this happen in the world if we rule the world.
Thirdly, we would like have a world with environmental friendly so that the nature will not be destroyed by irresponsibly hands. No plastic are allowed in certain day. Do you know that a plastic bag took about 700 years to decompose. Can you imagine if billion people use a plastic in a day, how much plastic that the earth have to accommodate day by day. Other than that, we will reduce the amount of car used on the road so that the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere will reduced too. This can be handled by carpooling. All the activities involve cutting trees have to be reduced or they have to replanting the trees. The world soon look more green and fresh atmospheric air like oxygen can be made. No more disease caused by the dirty air.
Fourthly, we would like to heal the people . We have seen many of our family members died from a serious diseases because they either didn’t have the money to pay for medical services (bills) or because it was too late for the treatment. We would specially like to cure all those people who suffer from cancer or from some kind of heart or organ problems. We think that if we had that supper power everyone would be immortal, which is not a good thing. We would like to have the power to heal people with cancer, leukemia, or heart problems. Eventhough we think that our family would like MORE if we have the ability to remember things and be smarter. *giggling*
Here is some little notes for all of you,
See ya in the next entry~!
Takecare peeps. :)
